It costs the tax payers of the United States of America over $5 million dollars (not accounted for inflation) each time this man teleports.

This is an exercise of translating 2D animated characters into 3D, sliding more towards stylized realism. Had a lot of fun making the details on his face, and trying my best to stick with his original animated version.
